TechPassport

An ambitious FinTech rebrand and UX/UI overhaul to drive industry recognition.

The client
TechPassport, a London-based FinTech, needed to refresh their brand identity and enhance their flagship SaaS product. With ambitious growth plans, they needed a complete design overhaul to elevate its market position and attract investment.
The problem
TechPassport’s existing brand lacked distinction, making them difficult to stand out in a competitive landscape. The outdated website and uninspiring visual identity failed to engage potential investors.
They needed a brand ambassador to take ownership of all touchpoints and give them a clear marketing direction.
Additionally, their SaaS product required a complete UX/UI redesign to improve usability and align with modern user expectations.

The solution
I led the rebranding process, starting with new logotypes and brand guidelines to establish a stronger visual identity. I then redesigned their website using WordPress Elementor, with SEO optimisation for better visibility.
I orchestrated a full UX/UI transformation of their SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly experience. I worked closely with developers and QA to implement the new designs. Over the course of two years, I continued to scope and implement new additions to the platform.
To reinforce TechPassport’s brand, I also developed marketing materials featuring motion animation, illustrations, and infographics.

The result
The rebrand positioned TechPassport as a key player in the FinTech space, increasing visibility and investor confidence. The new brand identity and enhanced digital experience attracted significant investment for its latest product, DORA as a Service. Now, TechPassport is actively seeking Series A funding to fuel its next stage of growth.
Georgia can analyse very high-level specifications and provide pragmatic user-friendly interfaces within tight timescales. She has a great attention to detail and excellent communications skills. Georgia is one of the best UX designers I have worked with, always open to discussion and flexible to changes. I would gladly work with her again in the future.
