The client
Sensei Workforce, developed by Dojo Development Ltd, is a cloud-based rota management platform designed to streamline workforce operations in the healthcare sector.
The problem
Following a major contract win with a national healthcare provider, Sensei Workforce needed a rapid design and user experience overhaul. The platform had only a basic logo and colour scheme, lacked mobile responsiveness, and fell short on usability. To meet the demands of an expanding client base, the system required a complete transformation. Alongside this, a new website and marketing materials were needed to showcase the revamped solution.
The solution
With full creative freedom, I led a comprehensive redesign of the platform, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and an intuitive user journey. The website was recreated from the ground up, incorporating my own idea of custom illustrations to set Sensei Workforce apart from competitors. I also developed compelling marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand presence.
The result
The transformation established Sensei Workforce as a leader in healthcare software. With a refined platform and a standout digital presence, the company secured major clients, including the NHS, Southern Hampshire Primary Care Alliance, and Wessex Academic Health Science Network.
Sensei has revolutionised the way we book shifts and manage schedules. The inbuilt invoicing is a great additional feature! The new design is very user-friendly and makes it easy for new users to find their way around the system.
